Whistlin’ Diesel just got hit with a tax-evasion case… and honestly, most of this was avoidable.
Here’s what he should have done, what he can still do now, and why posting about it online is the worst possible move during an indictment.
If you’re driving a luxury car with Montana plates… you might want to watch this twice. @whistlindiesel

I love learning from other people’s mistakes 🫶🏻
If anyone wants personalized tax strategies click the link in my bio to see my calendar and book time with me
Why even bother registering it if he is going to blow it up. Should be counted as a prop
Cody didn't become who he is today by being quiet. You may be right but in the eyes of every American, we see a man being treated unjustly and hes standing against it.... If they dont chill out, Americans are atand up and that will be way worse. Thanks for the info
I live in NY whats a good llc for privacy
The real question is , was the Ferrari ever in TN for more then 30 days and if so, did Tennessee use there flock cameras to track the Ferrari? Cody is claiming the Ferrari was in Tennessee for a short period of time and burt down in Texas.
Well spoken
Awesome video brother!. Hopefully this helps me in the future 👌 I hope the best for @whistlindiesel 🤙🤙🫡
The Montana LLC serves no purpose since he lived in TN. He would still owe S&U to TN due to having the car there majority of the time. He would also have to register as a foreign LLC in TN due to physical presence nexus.
Please dm me
The risk is too high to save a couple thousand bucks.. looked into it.
Pay the fines for doing something that is legal? What sense does that make? I hope Cody fights this with everything he has. He will win no matter what you’re telling him to do. You just told Cody to bend over and take it! I am shocked you give terrible advice
Do you offer services?
If you do the trust I’m Nevada can you still register the in Montana and still get financing?
