New bill S.3283 would end dual citizenship for Americans. Millions could be forced to choose between their US and foreign citizenship or risk losing their rights. Immigrant communities would be hit hardest. Speak up now.

Start with the politicians with dual citizenship with Israel .
Why does it always have to be a Hispanic cosplaying as a gringo doing ish like this 🤦🏽♀️
Y’all. A Colombian man. COLOMBIAN. Why?
Ill do it after melania and barron trump give up their Slovenian citizenship 💁🏻♀️
And would this include all the Congress people who have dual Israeli citizenship?
Too many white people have it. It won't pass.
I am a naturalized USA citizen and my Argentinean citizenship cannot be officially relinquished or renounced, as Argentine nationality is considered irrevocable under the country's law. A bit of a pickle :)
They don’t have the votes though
How about doing positive things for the people of this country?! Every day, it’s all about taking away your rights, freedoms, money !
WHY???? WHATS THE POINT???
This bill will never pass. There are way too many Congress people with dual citizenship. A lot of those dual citizenships are with Israel. Who pretty much controls us at this point. Not a chance it'll pass.
I did some research — this bill would absolutely collapse under judicial review. The Fourteenth Amendment clearly states that anyone born or naturalized in the United States is a citizen, and that citizenship cannot be stripped away by the government as a punishment or policy decision. The Supreme Court has reaffirmed this multiple times. In Afroyim v. Rusk and Vance v. Terrazas, the Court made it clear: the only way a person can lose U.S. citizenship is by voluntarily choosing to give it up.
Congress cannot override the Constitution with a statute, so this bill wouldn’t stand for a moment in court.
On top of that, millions of Americans hold dual citizenship — by birth, marriage, parentage, military service abroad, diplomatic assignments, or international work. These citizens include service members, diplomats, aid workers, and families who proudly represent the United States around the world.
In short: the bill is unconstitutional, unenforceable, and destined to fail.
Half of congress has dual citizenship with Israel, do they have to as well?
It’s not easy to give away US citizenship else all billionaires would have done so to avoid tax
