🇩🇪/🇬🇧 Manuelles P2S Bed Leveling
Beim Drucken mit dem neuen Bambulab P2S hatte ich von Anfang an ein komisches Gefühl bei der gleichmässigen Betthaftung.
Die Teile hafteten so brutal auf der Platte, dass ich sie teilweise nur mit einer Zange entfernen konnte. Irgendwas stimmte da nicht.
Dann bin ich auf die manuelle Druckbettverstellung gestossen.
Braucht eine Messuhr und etwas Geduld, ist aber kein Hexenwerk und bringt enorm viel.
Fazit:
Die Abweichung ab Werk war offenbar so gross, dass der Drucker das softwareseitig nicht mehr sauber kompensieren konnte.
Jetzt liegt alles im Bereich von wenigen 0,01 mm und die Druckergebnisse passen wieder. So, wie es sein soll.
Wer einen 3d Drucker hat und sich über seltsame Haftung wundert, sollte sich das Thema definitiv anschauen.
Habt ihr das schon gemacht oder kanntet ihr diese Möglichkeit bisher nicht?

When printing with the new Bambulab P2S, something felt off right from the start regarding even bed adhesion.
The parts were sticking so aggressively to the plate that I sometimes needed pliers to get them off. That did not feel right.
I then came across the option for manual bed adjustment.
You need a dial indicator and some patience. It is not complicated and the results are absolutely worth it.
The factory deviation was most likely so large that the printer could no longer compensate it properly by software alone.
Now everything is within a few 0.01 mm and print quality is back where it should be.
If you are running a P2S and notice strange adhesion behavior, this is definitely something to look into.

I used gauge blocks over the adjustment screw areas. Worked great!
This wont work. Tried the same on my A1 and if you are using the control buttons in the screen menu, it will still automaticly move the toolhead up or down according to the latest bed mesh, so the nozzle wont collide with the bed even if its not printing. You have to cut power to the printer in order to do this properly
I need this in my life, I’m obsessed with the 1st layer, coming from an ender 3 and a K1, having now P2S annoys me some times the bed level, autoconpensation ain’t that good with a physical miss level
Wo findet man die Aufnahme für die Messuhr? Also, wo man die findet, ist mir klar, aber unter welchem Namen oder vielleicht könntest du auch den Link einfinden?

@linthis_world eine Frage. Löst du bei dem tramming alle 4 schrauben oder nur die drei wie die Bambu Anleitung sagt wenn man Papier nimmt? Und ziehst du die Schrauben erstmal voll an und löst sie dann wieder?
Welches Filament hast du benutzt, mir gefällt die Farbe 😬
