This was one of our favorite meals we recently had in Austin! From the second we walked in, the vibe was absolutely dialed @ezovatx ! It’s modern, a little edgy, and full of a ton of good energy. We got a good spread of dishes but the lamb shank was the absolute star of the night. Fall-off-the-bone tender, layered with smoky, spiced, sweet depth after being brined, braised, date-glazed, and smoked for 24 hours 🔥 Served with garlic sauce and house-made cardamom mustard that was unmatched! They are all about seasonal ingredients, bold Middle Eastern flavors, and small plates that are made to share. Go check them out and thank us later🙏🏾 #austinfoodheads
