Last night we had the absolute pleasure of dining at the brand-new Riverdance Restaurant in Guild, Tennessee—oh my goodness, it was a total delight! They just opened last week, so we were super excited to finally check it out and indulge in a fantastic dinner.
We tried a little bit of everything: a delicious chicken piccata, a variety of their steak options, amazing creamed spinach, and some really tasty artichoke spinach dip. The truffle fries and mashed potatoes were comfort food heaven, but my absolute favorite had to be the bourbon-glazed salmon—so flavorful and cooked to perfection.
And the views—just wow. There’s plenty of indoor seating for larger parties, but the outdoor patio is where the magic really happens. We caught it right before sunset, overlooking the stunning Nickajack Lake—seriously a must-visit spot just 20 minutes from downtown Chattanooga.
And to top it all off, this was the perfect place to celebrate my son Alex’s 21st birthday. Happy Birthday, Alex!
