🇩🇪/🇬🇧 Domino Verbindungen wiederlösbar? Also FlexiDo sozusagen?
Klar geht das. Und zwar erstaunlich gut. 😊 Die Teile schliessen sauber bündig ab und lassen sich mit etwas Kraft wieder lösen.
Was es dafür braucht? Ein wenig CAD Know how, einen 3D Drucker und etwas Zeit.
Die ursprüngliche Idee stammt von @uscribejig . Ich habe das Design so angepasst, dass die Frästiefe nicht verändert werden muss. Egal ob original Festool Holz Domino oder FlexiDo.

Yes, it works. And surprisingly well. 😊 The parts sit perfectly flush and can still be taken apart again with a bit of force.
What do you need? Some CAD skills, a 3D printer, and a little time.
The original idea comes from @uscribejig . I modified the design so the mortise depth does not need to be changed, whether you use original Festool wooden dominos or FlexiDos.

Amazing, know you can self clamp With glue together, just calculate how many you need in a meter for example for the right pressure!!!

Don’t worry man, they bought idea from enthusiast. I am so tired to spend tons of dollars for zeta, so, I am gonna upgrade this idea for my own needs

Dod you have to tweak the depth a bit by 0.3-1mm..each side. I presume that was the tricky part. To snap in and pull tight. As tou dont want to set each half tpo deap or shallow. In the mortise.
