Simple designs, are the most sophisticated 🐋
Almost no screws needed to rig this componet to the machine ⚙️ aaaand it’s also just fun to snap it in place..
“simplicity is the ultimate sophistication” said da Vinci and its such a true statement.. I think this print could be even more simplified, but for the purpose of mounting the driver to the frame I am happy with how it turned out 🥂 Much easier for me to install this and move it around with this snap joint than with screws and nuts in the profiles. Big fan of snap joints ⚡️

Clipping the other way would make it stronger. For next time.

STLs? 🙌❤️
Totally agree with your approach, that is why I did the Starlex DHB hotend Tool free nozzle swap 😀 and most of my designs are when possible without screw.
Nice job, what material did you use?
That is incredibly satisfying
Is the stl file available? For free? 😁
Which machine is it? If it is a small injection moulder: Which one? Thanks
✨ STEPs? ✨
It was very successful👏👏
So what happens when that HEATsync gets hot?
Very nice
Where would you have the file?
Excellent !
I wanna try
