How do you know they are making a profit? They probably need so much staff to run the place

this is a huge budget project - a lot of hospitality is struggling right now and mostly the small businesses where owners don’t have much capital but have a lot of heart - am tired of seeing big budget projects

Love this! I had a friend that we used to talk about having a coffee and wine cafe. Coffee and pastries in the day with me. And wine and cheese with her in the evenings.

I’ll try to visit this week. I’m trying to launch a Mexican hot dog cart with a Raspados cart too in La at a gas station. What do you think$. High end of course 11 bucks per hot dog and if you stick around you can win a free raspado.

One of the fastest growing franchise model in Brazil is exactly that, bar/coffee shop/restaurant, open from early morning until late night, but is no so refine, specially because of economics in Brazil, it's pretty cool, I can sit there for coffee, eat lunch(Wich is a very very important meal time in Brazil) and stay for dinner... That is a good use of the place you are paying rent for...
