MOUSE: P.I. For Hire is a first-person shooter set in a 1930s noir cartoon world. You play as Jack Pepper, a former war hero turned private detective, whose simple missing persons case spirals into a city-wide conspiracy of corruption, kidnapping, and murder. The visuals are fully hand-drawn in black and white rubber hose animation, paired with an original big band jazz soundtrack. Expect fast-paced boomer shooter combat, over a dozen cartoon weapons, wall-running, grappling hooks, and more than 20 noir-soaked levels across Mouseburg.

As it was stated by fumi Games it's more than just some Boomer shooter You really are going drawn to the world of mouseberg and all of its citizens and even the great protagonist himself Jack pepper who is literally a play on word on pepper jack cheese voiced and betrayed by the one and only Troy Baker who in the gaming industry we all know who has played some of the most best characters that he has voiced like the one and only Joel Miller and many others

Comes out in a couple of weeks, can't wait.
Respect to the art team and keeping rubberhose animation alive. I loved the look of Cuphead but couldn’t get into its hardcore arcade loop. IGN’s last playthrough showed some depth to the fps gameplay mechanics here beyond the artstyle. Hoping this is a sleeper hit.
