Windows secretly stores a permanent visual history of every image and video you've opened in a hidden database called Thumbcache. This digital archive persists even after you delete the original files, posing a privacy risk. Here's how to find, view, and permanently disable this forensic-level thumbnail caching on your PC.

No peter. By deleting the thumb cache you just cleared the preview images not the actual data. And deleting the file itself only deletes the reference of that file not the actual file. The original file is still there sitting invisibly in the drive. You have to use overwrite tool command in ps. "Cipher /w:C:" for hdd. Not suggested for ssd with trim feature enabled.
Or just get Linux
Beware Microsoft is part of this mass surveillance going on with the government in Israel
The only real way is to completely destroy the physical devices. Start over with all accounts, new emails, routers, IP address ect. Use VPN’s and encrypt everything. Wash rinse repeat. Or not worry about it because you aren’t doing anything wrong.
I'm just here wondering the actual hell you all are doing with your pc, that u need to go to this length 💀
All the pdf file people, instead of taking notes, enter a chipper machine.
How much storage does that take up
Or use Linux
Thanks for the info! 🫶🏼
I've never been more excited to talk to some nerds To the comments I go I have always had a problem talking with regular people. Small talk is physically painfully at times 90% of humanity has body temperature , I Q But hey , ignorance is bliss ! lDoesn't google do the same thing. The younger generation's got some movies to watch. So they know to watch out . Our government, specifically, our CIA and White House are collaborating In order to identify any dissidents that could affect key Positions members ideas or agendas
As a L.E.O., Trust when I say all smart devices store data. Apple is bad about it, but android does too. It's not just things that you looked up, it's things that are linked on pages. Even normal pages. You may not see it on the page, but it gets stored regardless. Hidden adds and pop ups is examples. To forensic analysts, it doesn't matter, it's evidence regardless. And it will be used.
April fool's I guess
Why you making it sound like everyone who uses windows are criminals 😂

There’s not a Microsoft folder in local app data 🤷♂️
