I viewed this house several years ago. spiral staircase, large deep red kitchen, salvaged portal window in the bath. The tub was like a roman walk in bath with a Japanese feel. The tile work was perfect. The center of the house an atrium. I’d call it organic design. and On the property there is a massive glass and metal framed workshop too. Yes, very hobbity on the outside.

This is in my neighborhood, I walk past this lot every day. It is for sale. Someone bought it 2 years ago with the intent of building 2 or three more homes on the lot but they abandoned the project.
