Rinsing your armpits with a cleanser should be less irritating than rubbing them down with a leave on product.
Body odor, stinky pits, etc can be frustrating but this can help

Did she say two days without showering?!
2 days of not showering??? I get not washing your hair but you are supposed to shower and clean the “hot spots” daily.
PSA that 70% alcohol (ethanol/isopropanol) is more effective than a higher percent. Drying out the bacteria too quickly can create a hardened protective outer cell wall that allows the cell to survive.
When she was talking about alcohol my mind went to vodka before she said isopropyl and then I was like oohhhh yea that's a thing that exists 😅
Use witch hazel after shower in your arm pits and crevices to prevent any odor. You can also use glycolic acid and the odor will go away over time. My arm pits hate deodorant natural or aluminum ones and made it worse
👏👏👏👏
Works for me. Been doing this for a while now. Definitely not skipping showers though…
I use hibiclens soap. Not every day though. It works well. I havent had irritation yet

Helpful tips!
Great share 👏
How about glycolic acid?
@dr.heatherderm your very welcome 😍
The active ingredient you suggest also causes itching for me, other suggestions on cause?
Glycolic acid works best
