Better question: why are you putting a $5,000 table saw in the attic?

  • @underground30010 2026-05-04

?? Now you need to move all your materials upstairs too ???

  • @selit336 2026-05-04

    Wait until a cable breaks

I’m in a wheelchair and I see this and think, “a smaller one could be put into a home for those that can’t use the stairs”.
That could change peoples lives. Very cool man.

Love the hoist!!! Why is the saw going up there though 😮

  • @4stillwater 2026-05-04

Ok for storage but the spray foam is poison.

    OSB castle.

The only question I have is what are the rollers and the track. It looks like unistrut but I know of no rollers. It’s a great idea!!

  • @jonnoble52 2026-05-05

It’s going to be hard to use up in the attic!

  • @gk.outofthebarn 2026-05-05

Why would a table saw go in an attic?

  • @cooley_bridge_craftworks 2026-05-04

You rode with it, you were sure enough 😆

  • @markh9736 2026-05-04

That’s cool for sure, but as an elevator guy, pretty scary. No safeties, no pinch point guards, no final limit switches etc. be careful

  • @jandefinewoodworking 2026-05-10

    That's badass

  • @grainedendeavors 2026-05-07

Dude, this is awesome. I’ve had the vevor winch for a while. Been waiting to find somebody who did a good build to copy theirs. I think yours is it. Thanks Sam, you got a new follower.

That's a cool storage solution! I think a better version would be to store it in my garage though 😅
