Ingredients: toasted sourdough, shredded mozzarella, soft boiled eggs, avo, chilli oil, salt & pepper.

You can make a cheesy taco shell by melting a circle of cheese like this on both sides, and then hang over a wooden spoon to form a hard taco shape. Unnecessary, but a fun trick!
