Loaded Olive Oil is exactly as heavenly as it looks! I have seen countless videos of people making various versions of this flavor-packed plate and decided it was time to give it a try with what I had in the fridge. Feel free to customize your own with what you have and to your liking. Wow. I will be making this every time I host!

3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup capers
1/4 cup chopped marinated artichoke hearts
1/4 cup sliced green olives
5 oz feta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
2 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves
2 tablespoons thinly sliced basil
1 tablespoon Calabrian chili pasta
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 lemon, juice
Flakey sea salt, to taste
Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
1 large loaf of sourdough bread
