They actually stay in your ears, love mine, im 6'3" but have tiny little ear canals apparently and I have no problems with these.

Do they work with cauliflower ear lol? I have yet to find any ear buds that will stay in my ear 🤣

How do you turn them on? Still trying to figure mine out
