Shit I can cut my lights off by hand before I pay 800 bucks for a can .
So standard 6” wafer lights are 1000 lumens and they can all be on a single electrical leg as well- so the savings he is claiming makes no sense as all standard modern lighting is like this.
Great to hear talk of cost. Way more than most would spend, but transparency plus understanding the products performance helps with seeing the value.
He left out the part that you still need Lutron adaptive & switched modules for chandeliers, sconces, & bathroom fans.
Somebody needs to teach them how lights are supposed to work because I was pretty sure that we turned lights on at night and turned them off during the day but I mean, I guess maybe I’m just old school.
I'm all for cool electrical tech and I'm sure there are many more types of lighting settings for an $800 light...but dude said when the sun goes down the lights fade and shut off....um...I like my lights on at night and off when that huge glowing fireball is giving free light during the day
@stephaniebuildsit I like this guy! I wanna hang out, this is EXACTLY what this house needs. Greattttt content, I know im bias. But @ketralighting is truly elite for so many reasons. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I’ve got over 200 CSL 1” Whisper cans in a custom I’m building. A little cheaper at $550 each. +1000 lm @ 2700-4000K 600 lm at Warm Dim. I know everyone’s complaining about the price but lighting is everything, I choose to spend my money on what’s important.
Are they LED? I'm assuming yes. It's so sad to see that unhealthy light spectrum in homes. So much research is showing how it impacts health negatively. Sorry, but on this one, I'd rather halogen or incandescent lighting.
This is misleading , the $810 for a can D2 is for Rania not Ketra the Full Ketra D2 are $1075
Nice. We just did a whole home in these paired with a @joshdotai system. Voice command brightness, temp adjustment, etc. Very cool product.
No competition to Ketra, really. Maybe USAI.
Lot of people just dont get it and never will haha. Thats okay.
Yea I can fix that can light, then proceeds to cut a giant hole in the rock. By the way, we don't patch rock, so let us know when we can come back and put the trim on.
What’s the point of can I don’t understand it seems so outdated
I like the idea but with it being on a single switch leg that means you can't have the lights on and off in separate rooms?
