Gold carts r the popular version of this around where i live🙄. We don’t have public transit or even sidewalks on all roads but we somehow got golf cart roads separate from the car roads to cater to the people to take golf carts everywhere. you can walk or bike on them yes but they only as wide as golf cart so if a cart comes along you have to get off so they can pass.
