It’s like the old school garage door with new tech. Like that you have a little shade outside of the garage
Whack ass tiny garage lmao
Why is the garage door opening towards the pool and the wall of the house??🤷♂️🤷♂️
... my garage has doors like this. been like that for almost 50 years 😂
Yeah but now you've lost 11" of overhead clearance. Traditional tracked garage doors end up clearing above the height of the opening, meaning you only have to clear the opening
The door doesn’t go high enough to clear you lose a couple of inches with the door sitting there where if you have a track, it’ll roll up and get to the same height as the door frame
Is there a limit for garage door size
Slick but loosing those crucial inches of clearance for some is not possible
My place was built in the 40’s. Has the same garage door lol
Problem is you now have the door in the way when it’s open opposed to a high lift door with a lift motor on the shaft that’s up and away from anything
How much space inside the garage when open 2 ft?
yeah... we had those 20 years ago (whitout the motor, it was hand actuated whit the help of a spring). Everyone has them.
Only problem is you made the opening height shorter now.
They have literally been making these in Brazil for thirty years without the springs and locked ecosystem chamberlain openers. Come up with something that doesn’t require those two and it will truly be innovative.
What’s the clearance height when open?
