Jason McGowan, founder of Crumbl Cookies, and his wife Whitney built this home for themselves and their 7 children. And Oxford Road isn’t just a neighborhood. It’s Jason’s broader vision for a community built around connection, safety, and design integrity and this is the first home in it.
Four of the best firms in the country worked on this together and you can feel it in every single room.
The home is split into two sides. The north wing is where the family lives. Primary bedroom, children’s rooms, and the tent room that’s been all over social media. It’s every bit as magical in person. Right next to it is a storybook library. Then the boys wing, and the contrast between the two sides was one of the most intentional design decisions in the entire home.
The south end has dedicated guest quarters with their own separate staircase.
Then the movie theater. Best I’ve ever seen in any home. Ever.
The basement has a pool table, air hockey, a bowling alley that somehow manages to be beautiful, and a sports court with an LED glass floor that changes based on whatever sport you want to play.
Then a Hobbit themed tree trunk playhouse.
Then a fairy tale garden leading to the pool, a waterslide coming out of a mountain, and a giant folding outdoor TV.
I promise I’m not making any of this up.
Colton Broadbent designed it. Shea McGee styled it. Matt McEwan built it.

LITERALLY SAD WHEN CRUMBL COOKIE IS POISON GARBAGE FOOD THEY ARE SELLING US AND THEY HAVE THAT KIND OF HOME. I don't even like crumbl cookie. Much rather have homemade. The first time I had it I liked it but then after that very average. 😢😢
No one is forcing yall to buy crumble cookies 😂😂😂😂
I have 2 daughters, in South America, on missions who are witnessing so much poverty, they say people are struggling to eat! There is so much poverty & suffering in the world…& no one needs a monstrosity of a house like this to feed their ego. I know they (the Crumbl family) think it will make them happier but it won’t…only helping & serving others will. I wish fewer people thought it was cool of them to spend so much on themselves when they could literally be alleviating human suffering (evidently on a huge scale) if they had different priorities. It breaks my heart.
I toured this home today. Having studied interior design myself and working with clients, I was enthralled with this house! Yes, it is big, but the floor plan is so logical and flows beautifully based on the hobbies and needs of the large family. The construction, custom cabinetry, and design aesthetic are impeccable! It’s hard to explain to people the difference that custom furniture and cabinetry make, but once you see this home and then look at another house, you’ll understand what I mean. // Also remember that custom means artisans were employed and paid to create these furnishings and finishes. Building this house provided jobs for many people. People don’t appreciate artisan-crafted pieces like in years past. We are used to Costco and Amazon “made in China” fast furniture, so it was a thrill to see such gorgeous craftsmanship in this home.
That tells me two things. #1. His cookies are priced too high. #2. People's poor taste and willingness to over-pay for mediocre cookie is beyond the pale ...
Or you could just pay your employees more 🤷🏽♀️ No one needs a house this big when the people that work for them barely make a living wage
Remember kids, this is why anonymous success is best. People ready to riot in the comments over cookies, y'all trippin. Great house !
And that my friends is how the cookie crumbls
And those Backyard Greens guys absolutely crushed that soccer field :-)
Y’all are trippin!! Acting like you don’t eat cookies and like half the stuff in your pantry isn’t processed junk already. It’s a cookie, not a health food. 😂 Y’all are acting like Crumbl is marketed as broccoli. It’s a cookie. Eat it or don’t. 😭
Selling toxic cookies. Well good for you.
Soooo do they live in it or is it just for show? I’m a little confused
I love videos about this house, but I’m wondering in this day and age why it’s smart to share the location and address of this family seems crazy to me
So if this is a home designed for his family, why are people touring it? Do they actually live there? No wonder my first thought was, that house does not look lived it at all.
The house is done so well 🙌. Custom details are my jam. I don’t think I could wrap my head around the upkeep and maintenance even though I’m sure they have lots of help and staff.
