Would be so easy to get carried away with a mulcher like that…
Do you dispose of the brush piles?
They need to get an army of these out for the fires out west.
For those who don’t know, that’s a forestry mulcher. There’s tons of manufacturers for them. They range between $20,000-$50,000. Then you have to buy the skid steer to carry it, obviously a high hydraulic flow machine. So be prepared to spend another $80,000. If you really want to, you can take down full size trees. But that’s exceedingly dangerous.
How does it handle hidden rocks?

Anytime I see videos like this, where heavy machinery is clearing, brush and open it up areas.I get so excited.I love a heavy machinery and I love opening up brush in wooded areas to create a path best videos ever
Hydro axing is a good cost effective way to get rid of underbrush without heavy clearing, but I’m soooo happy we don’t mulch anymore. We’ve had 3 machines, 3 different heads and 4 machine fires from mulching. I’d rather sub out the work to a dedicated mulching company than go back to doing it ourselves.
What’s the most you cut with that? 8 inches tops or that too much?
My girlfriend wants a house. I want a skid steer and a mulcher.
How come this wasn’t an option at the career fairs huhhh
Are the saxophones for the trees?
If you are expert in evaluating this type of forestry Mulching equipment please teach me what to buy? Make model? Budget $40K is it possible?
I wish y’all could’ve been there when my friends and I were trying to create a woodland hideout campsite back in the day
