Dear instagram, I am not in this tax bracket, nor any near it… stop showing me this.

I wonder what the flood insurance looks like 😂

The gated harbor instead of a gated driveway is a different level of wealth lol

  • @testymantella 2026-07-01

Property tax higher than my annual salary. Some people got way too much money 😂.

I hope it sells fast for all involved. That's an immaculate piece of earth!

Lived in the Keys for two years. Its. Not. Great. At. All. There's a reason why people say getting off the rock for a bit. You get "cabin fever" because there's only so much on the island that you can explore. It's ridiculously expensive. Food sucks. You have to have multiple jobs to earn enough to live there. I can't tell you how happy I am that I don't live there anymore. Never been more depressed in my life.

Was that an automatic gate…for the boat slip ?! 🤯

  • @chocnitty 2026-07-02

Looks amazing, until storm surge and everything is ruined. Year after year and then your selling it

One thing I know about boats is that NOTHING takes 5 minutes.

Hahahaha I wouldn't pay $1 for this, why for it to flood every other year!?! Baahahahaaa

  • @gordon2ryan 2026-07-02

Apparently Instagrams algorithm thinks I won the lottery.

I’m over here just looking for some land to live on and these guys have a whole island. I’m doing a lot wrong apparently

  • @modern_abe 2026-07-02

The universe is trying to get me to move back to the Keys. I’m not doing it.😫🤣

  • @mpageperkins 2026-07-02

    If I had 17 mil, I'd drop it in a heartbeat ❤️

  • @goodvibes0331 2026-07-02

I use to live on a small island in my area where we have big body’s of water and the house was great but everyone circles wondering who lives there, and the worst part is when it’s low tide or a storm and you have places to be.
