What do you se for the two diameters relative to the part it is going in? Do you have the dimensions and shape of that to get the snap?

You can also do this while slicing in your 3d printing software (afaik orca slicer)

You can also just make your hole a little bit bigger by 0.1-0.5 milímetros and it may fix your problem without doing this edge to your part that get inside the hole

Or you can also just do a little offset of 0.1-0.5 milímetros depending on your printer and it will get inside easily to your part
