I lived there 30A isn't a quiet clean tranquil place. Over crowded, traffic,and try and find a spot on beach. They always make it look so great, people stop believing everything you see, Now days its AI

Predominately Private only beaches unfortunately. Only a few open to public beaches exist which are small and monitored by the condo and home owners. If you cross over onto the “private beach” you’ll get yelled at. Grayton beach is way better and huge, open to the public and the little town is way more beach life living and not super Boujee like Rosemary Beach.
I wish I knew this before visiting Rosemary Beach. Info people should know about before booking Rosemary Beach.
