I used this to glue my gear or war armor together as well as many of my other prints. Abs sand super easy. Vapor smoothing is also a great method

I do the same but I use my ABS supports to “recycle” it 👍

Could I brush this ABS+Acetone goop over a PLA print too? Then sand it once dry?

You could also just buy abs glue from the hardware store and not waste time making it this, it’s the same thing

I been making this for years . Used to be the best way to make prints stick and unstick to the bed . But im confused at how little acetone u need to use for that abs . Mine was always much much thinner then that and need much more acetone

Can I glue PETG to PLA using this as well?

Will it bind right away or you have to use tape to hold it in place.?

Has anyone have luck with ASA as a glue base or with using this ABS glue on ASA?
I have not printer enough Abs yet that needed supports to melt down. 😅

I wish I knew about this before drilling several hot holes into my Tequila Gundam helmet to fuse the pieces.

I remember when this goop was best bed adhesive 😂😂
@crack.vvhore2026-07-11
Do you need to use spare abs or can you make this slurry with different materials like PLA or petg

How are the fumes as it dries? I assume it dries overnight so ventilation feels important.

But it’s no better than welding it, is it? You can only feel the gaps properly, or stick it together?
