Garage door installer here: We can do it, but this better only be done to brand new construction, with good concrete work. No reveals are fun, but imo don't last as long as standard doors with jam seals and a bottom seal.
Please add a screw hole as well😂

I think if it had a feature oversized wood soffit, it would make sense, alongside discrete driveway design to almost make it look like there is no garage whatsoever!
