Surgical Scaffoldings have revolutionized my breast work. Who is a good candidate and for which specific product depends on a number of factors and must be highly individualized to the patient. Some of my patients have skin elasticity issues and benefit from increased tissue strength. Increasing lower pole tissue strength, reduces skin stretch over time, increases upper pole fullness and increases longevity of the results over time.
