Marry Me Steak 🥩🔥
Make this meal for someone you want to marry or want to fall in love with all over again 😉
Ingredients:
- 2 ribeyes
- Butter
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 shallot
- 1 cup baby Bella mushrooms
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- Chopped chives
- Fresh rosemary and thyme
- 3/4 cup chicken stock
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 cup fresh grated Parmesan Reggiano
- Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
First, season your steaks with salt pepper and garlic powder. Sear them on high heat in some avocado oil.
Once your steaks have a crust, pull them off and let them rest. In that same pan add your garlic, shallots, mushrooms, tomatoes, and some butter. Add your rosemary and thyme Give those a stir and cook them for a bit.
Next, deglaze your pan with some chicken stock then stir in your heavy cream, lemon juice, and fresh parm.
Add your sliced steak back to your pan and spook your sauce over your steak, then top with chopped chives 🔥
