There was a diet in the 1970's by Dr. Irwin Stillman that had a recipe for Carb Free Bread and Buns made from Cottage Cheese and Eggs( The Doctor's Quick Weight Loss Diet). I lost 15 lbs on it back then eating this and other proteins. 😊
