Almost instant EPIC Chocolate Mousse for everyone🎉. Stash a can of coconut milk in the pantry so you can make this (for you and/or the kids!) whenever the urge strikes. (Just making sure anyone who wanted this recipe could easily find it❤️.)
Add the solids from the top of a can of full fat coconut milk (or coconut cream) to a bowl. Add 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1-2 tbsp powdered sugar or honey, and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Stir with a spoon or fork to make a uniform pudding-like texture. Enjoy or let firm in the fridge briefly for more of a mousse. YUM.

I use the coconut milk from the brand Thai. I has the thick coconut cream that you need and not the liquid coconut milk. You’re welcome ❤️
What type of coconut milk are you buying? I’ve tried 3 and none have a solid piece in them. 🤷🏻♀️

I had to put the van in the fridge because it was basically all liquid. It was in for a couple hours and never hardened up! I threw it in the freezer but now I feel like it’s not mousse texture. Any tips?
This is yummy, I make it occasionally. No sugar though,just honey or date paste for me.
