Why are there so many comments that don't get it? She folded it in half multiple times. She's not counting the amount of times that she pulled it, she's multiplying the amount that she folds by 2 and calls it layers. So she folds it one time that gives her two layers. She folds it two times that gives her four layers because she already had two. Folds it 3 times that gives her 8. 8 plus 8 is 16, 16 plus 16 is 32, etc. Come on people...

So I've tried making this 2 times and I have to say getting the temp right is so fucking important 🤣 also please know that making it sour will effect how the sugar hardens and boy did I learn that the hard way. I like shit REALLY sour and uh...I should have...scienced more......😂❤️ that is all.
