Just remember the grind angle on a French head cutter is 10 degrees as the cutter is actually not centre but half the thickness forward of centre, the 10 degrees will make it cut like butter with a hot knife, any steeper and it will slap, took me 30 years to work it out, try it and you will be very surprised
