Ingredients
1 chicken thigh
1 cup corn flakes
1 cup flour
2 eggs
-sauce
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves minced
1 tbsp brown sugar replacement
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup water
-cucumber salad
1 whole cucumber sliced
1/4 a cabbage sliced
1 tbsp avocado oil
1/2 a lemon squeezed
1 tbsp sugar replacement
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tbsp salt
-bread
ciabatta
Directions:
- Air Fryer chicken
Dredge 1 chicken thigh into flour then the beaten eggs, then into crushed corn flakes. make sure to press the corn flakes into the chicken firmly.
Next Preheat your Insta Pot air fryer to 385F. Once preheated, place your battered chicken thigh into the air fryer and give a light spray of oil, close and cook for 16 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165F is reached.
- Honey Butter sauce
in a pan add sesame oil and the minced garlic, cook till fragrant and add all other ingredients. reduce heat and cook till the sauce has thickened.
- cucumber salad
add all ingredients close lid and shake well
assemble on toasted ciabatta bread and enjoy.

Watching this, I got an instant hunger pain...
I had a ninja air fryer. It was very noisy and every time I used it it smells like electrical. I didn’t trust it anymore. I got rid of it. It was very heavy, very large and very noisy.
