Not true, I lost a lot of weight. This is the secret, you don’t eat carbs or sugars. You fast 12 hours for a week and eat in a 12 hour window. The next week you fast 16 and eat at a 8 hour window. Week after you fast 20 hours and eat at a 4 hour window and then finally you eat one meal a day 2000-2500 calories. And you work out heavy weights for 30 minutes followed by 15-25 minutes HIIT exercises like jumping rope, boxing, or riding a bike. Fast results do the stair master. And most important thing is routine. Once you get to one meal a day you wake up, eat and work out the same time everyday. Fat will shed right off. Make sure you take all your vitamins. Turmeric curcumin, reishi mushoo and collagen so avoid loose skin. Youre welcome
