    This recipe is delicious, but you'll need a high end vitamixx, otherwise you'll have pieces of lemon pith everywhere. Else I'd recommend first blending without water in a food processor and passing everything through a sieve once you're done for better texture. Also keep in mind this is healthy, but 400kcal for the whole thing.

    This is delicious and zesty, but making it also let me know I need a better blender. 🙃 To those saying to use a sieve, I totally get that but I think then you lose some of the vitamin benefits of having the rind/pith in there.
