I do water first and close my eyes - pop it in and gulp immediately - I don’t feel it on my tongue so I don’t panic. My sis did this to me like I was a cat and it’s worked so well I’m still doing it years later 😂

You need to state that this only works for the plastic type pills as they float, so if you tip your head forwards it floats to the back of your throat. the other type sink so tipping your head back works better for them.

You need to state that this only works for the plastic type pills as they float, so if you tip your head forwards it floats to the back of your throat. the other type sink so tipping your head back works better for them.
