Super helpful! That thing drives me crazy. They should never have put them on there in the first place.
I just plug in a 7way tester and keep it in. Truck thinks it’s towing and kills the start stop automatically. Works like a charm
These starters are designed around the stop start system. It's annoying as hell, but it isn't damaging anything
My ‘21 F-150 had it and it drove me nuts. My ‘25 F-250 doesn’t have it and it’s like paradise 😂.
Good lord, if you pull the switch out, just jump the wires on the back of the switch. It’s free and works perfectly fine. I did my truck two years ago.
