A Texas gun owner passed away and left behind several suppressors.
His family suddenly could not legally possess them.
When NFA items are registered individually, only the executor or administrator of the estate can legally possess them after death. In Texas that appointment can take months.
A gun trust avoids that problem and allows trusted people to legally possess NFA items during your lifetime.
Create your Texas gun trust today at TexanWillsandTrusts.com.

You don’t need a trust you can put them in a will now.
Why is even a registration required?
Take the guns to the nearest trusted shop to store them until owners name has been changed
Take it to an FFL...they'll warehouse it. Payette stamp. Problem not a problem
Do yall work in other states?
Or just appoint an executor in your will and you won’t have to wait on the state to appoint one.
Trust ownership makes the items private property instead of being considered "wearons".
