That example about riding in a car with someone else with drugs never happens. They can charge you but it will not lead to a conviction.

Why don't officers and government officials go down for the same charges? Like when a officer beats a civilian and his partners are watching. They should all be charged sue the state and officers

That’s a lie! There was 3 heavily intoxicated people in a truck and they totaled my car and a Lexus while they were parked. We told officers that all three of them were in the vehicle and heavily intoxicated. HPD said it was only driver responsibility.

If you were at the fight and you spoke at all about anything would you then have a fifth amendment right to not testify at your friends trial. Because there is a possibility that maybe you’ve committed an offense.
