The problem is that a law was passed that if you share your case with ai you no longer keep confidentiality and it can all be up for discovery.
in my federal lawsuit, the Magistrate Judge’s law clerk wrote the R&R, the US District Judge merely signed an order based on the R&R, then 3 randomly selected federal appeals judges decided issues based on the complaint
why would I draft a federal complaint based on a specific federal judge?
if I sue a defendant, how could I guess what lawyer they might hire before I even draft a complaint?
