Less cost more power a second hand smart phone that you can replace the battery with. A heltec v3 or more power v4 in a small box connect device to phones battery so phone deals with battery management add some copper tape in the lora box and connect to antenna ground use a pigtail with a sma connector and fit to box fit box finally to bak if phone more functionality off line maps documents films first aid apps ect ect side load apps from fdroid and run phone without a sim have made 4.BTW i have a Tdeck so i know the diference
