Not hating on your product but if you can hear the spring that means you need to change it out because it’s worn out or use a heavier spring my friends rifle had this problem told him change out to a better spring and he said it ran better

Just bought one for my 10 inch barrel ar15, and one for my ar9 pcc. Super smooth. Only down side was it dosnt just come out of the buffer tube like a normal spring any more it wount fit past the detent, u have to take off the whole buffer tube to clean and lube it. Small price to pay for smooth and quiet action
