I designed a printable Hi-capa. I started working on this 1 year ago and I wanted to see how much of a Hicapa can be printed. The answer is nearly everything. All the internals are printed except the nozzle, springs and screws. Right now it’s shooting at around 310 fps with 120psi (1.1J with 0.25g). #airsoft

@fujicsso right now 120psi, I’ve pushed it to 160psi and it’s all printed in regular PLA

Amazing project! What power are you running now? The make or break of these projects usually is the toughness of the material, as 3d printed parts split easily with use
Its gonna be compatible with AAP mags?
How did you manage the stress on the Rear and on the Springguide Plug? My Slide broke 2-3 Times even by printing in different Directions and Layer-Heights
