This was also a proven psyop. This movie did exist, but upon the launch of the internet around 2000 (yes I know it existed before, but I mean when it got popular to a tipping point) they yanked it. Back then things could be scrubbed from the net bc the internet was much smaller so to speak. Docs were leaked through Wikileaks in like 2018. Should be available through decent search. The goal is to convince the mass public things they know to be true aren’t. Ie nationalised gaslighting. It’s what allows the evil shit to happen and then you get told it didn’t happen.
